Swimming? Yes, low impact on your joints. Who isn’t happy after swimming? No matter what age you are, swimming is super fun recreation for all ages.
Cardio? ZUMBA, YOGA, or lifting weights.???
The best exercise is one that YOU will do. So get out there. Which one will you choose??
(someday’s my “exercise” is grocery shopping…yes, I count that. I prefer exercise that doesn’t feel like exercise. I enjoy swimming, hiking, walking….umm does horse back riding count? )
