I liked her the minute I met her. She is fun and energetic. We love going to our “Foodie” Events.
In March we drove up to Seattle for the Foodportunity event. We had so much delicious food and met other interesting people in the “biz.” OMG it was so much fun…I had the best oysters by Taylor Shellfish who have been growing shellfish in the bays and inlets of Puget Sound for over 100 years!
To give you an example of a tour by NW Epicurean, she had one called “Aphrodisiac Tour.” Hmm, the name intrigued me. Headline: Fresh Puget Sound Oysters, a Xinh’s seafood buffet paired with award winning wines, and local artisan chocolates. Sounds good to me…sign me up! (Seafood, Wine, and Chocolate, winning combo)
Tours bring guests to multiple culinary locations to meet the producers and learn about the culinary culture of the South Puget Sound.
